Who we are

Gaggly (joingaggly.com) is operated by Zalmosix Limited, the data controller for the service. See our legal page for company details.

What we store

Your email address, used only to sign you in with a magic link.

The name you give your family space.

The messages you and your family send to Gaggly, and the replies it gives. These transcripts are what make the assistant useful across conversations.

A knowledge base the assistant builds from your conversations, so it remembers the details your family has shared.

Anything you put in the family tools: shared lists and, if you use it, pregnancy tracker dates and notes.

If you talk to Gaggly on WhatsApp: your phone number and WhatsApp profile name, alongside your messages.

Why

Only to provide the service: answering your family, remembering what you've shared, and keeping your lists and dates.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your conversations to train AI models.

Village email updates

If you sign up for email updates on the Village directory, we store your email address and chosen city to send you a weekly list of free classes. You confirm the address once by email before anything is sent, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Adding a due date is optional and only happens if you tick the separate consent box. A due date reveals a pregnancy, so we treat it as special-category data: it is used only to time those emails, and it is deleted when you unsubscribe or when you ask us to delete it.

Who processes it

Your messages are processed by an AI model provider to generate replies, running on cloud infrastructure and database providers we contract with.

Sign-in emails are sent by our email provider (Resend). WhatsApp messages are delivered by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

Each processor handles your data only to run Gaggly, under their own data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your family space, or ask us to delete your data. Deleting a space removes its chats, knowledge base, lists and pregnancy data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we'll do it.

You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle it.
